Preparing the Harvest (Dispatch)

  • Standards of Care: Every bundle is packed with intention. We prepare your harvest for travel typically by the next business day (Monday–Friday), respecting the natural pause of public holidays.

Our Messengers (Carriers)

We entrust the final leg of the journey to established partners, including USPS, UniUni, and GOFO Express. We select the specific guide based on your location to ensure the safest and most efficient path to your region.

The Timeline

  • Anticipated Arrival: Please allow a window of 7–10 business days after we send it off for your package to reach you (this is an estimate, not a guarantee).

Note: Sometimes the path is unpredictable. Delivery windows may shift due to weather, seasonal volume, or how easily the carrier can access your specific location.

Local Collection

In certain areas, the carrier may not be able to leave the harvest directly at your door. In such instances, a note will be left, and your package will be held safely at a local post office or designated pickup point, following local regulations.

Following the Path (Tracking)

Once your package leaves our hands, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow its progress. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to update the initial location data.

Unforeseen Delays

If your tracking link has not moved for an extended period, or if the arrival exceeds the estimated window, please reach out so we can help you find where the journey paused.
