The Harmony Standard
We hold our harvest to the highest standards of purity. If the Zenith Roots blend does not align with your body or spirit, you may request a return within 90 days of receiving your harvest. To start this path, you must reach out to us within this window.
Returning the Harvest
We accept returns under the following classifications:
- Untouched Harvest: Unopened products must be returned in their original, pristine packaging.
- Opened Pouches: Products that have been unsealed may be returned for inspection, provided they have not been mostly consumed, damaged, or altered.
All returns are subject to review by our team. Vessels showing signs of tampering, misuse, or excessive emptiness may not be eligible for reimbursement.
The Return Journey
The tribe member is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return to our sanctuary.
Exceptions
Items that are fully consumed, rendered unusable, or fail our hygiene inspection may not qualify for a refund.

To commence a return, please contact our guide team with your order reference number and the reason for the request. We will provide the necessary instructions to send the harvest back.

Restoring the Balance (Refunds)
Upon receipt and approval of your return, refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow a standard window of 3 business days for processing, though timelines may vary depending on your bank's natural rhythm.
